Refund Policy
When we refund, when we do not, and how to ask.

Just want to stop future charges?
Cancelling takes a few clicks and needs no email.
1. Refunds
Subscription charges are nonrefundable. Once a monthly payment has been taken, including the first $29.99 charge after your trial, that payment is final. We do not operate a refund programme, and the remedy available to you is to cancel so that no further charges are made.
You are welcome to write to us and we will take a closer look at your situation. Any review is at our discretion, and a review is not a promise of a refund.
Cancelling and refunding are different things. Cancelling stops all future charges, takes a few clicks through the Cancellation Portal, and costs nothing. It does not return a payment already taken. If your goal is to stop paying, cancel — and cancelling before your 7-day trial ends means the $29.99 charge is never made in the first place.
1.1 Billing errors
Errors are a separate matter and are always put right. We refund in full, without argument, where:
- The same amount was charged twice for the same period
- A charge was made after you had properly cancelled
- The amount charged was incorrect
- The payment was not authorised by the cardholder
- We discontinue a service you have paid for
These are mistakes rather than refund requests, and we would far rather find them ourselves than have you dispute them with your bank.
2. Submitting a request
Write to support@globaliqreport.com from the address on your account. You can also raise it through the Help Center.
Have this ready when you get in touch:
- The email address on your account
- The date and amount of the charge
- A short description of what went wrong
- Anything supporting it, such as a screenshot, if you have it
We do not require forms, phone calls, or documentation you would have to go hunting for, and we will not put you through a retention pitch before processing your request.
3. Non-refundable cases
The following are not normally eligible:
- Monthly subscription charges, including the first $29.99 charge taken when a trial ends
- Time left over after you cancel. Access runs to the end of the paid period, and we do not prorate the remainder
- Missing a renewal because you forgot to cancel
- Deciding you no longer want the service, or changing your mind after using it
- Short interruptions while we carry out maintenance or fix a fault
- Dissatisfaction with your score itself
- Conversion or foreign transaction fees added by your bank, covered in Section 5
If your circumstances are unusual, say so in your message and we will read it. Anything outside the billing errors listed in Section 1.1 remains at our discretion.
4. Refund process
Once your request arrives, here is what happens and when:
| We acknowledge your message | Within 1 business day |
|---|---|
| We reach a decision | Within 5 business days |
| We issue an approved refund | Within 3 business days of that decision |
| The money lands in your account | Typically 3–5 business days later, depending on your bank |
Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. We cannot send them elsewhere, and we do not substitute account credit.
Because subscription charges are nonrefundable by default, most requests outside Section 1.1 are declined. If yours is, you will get a reason rather than a template, and you can reply and ask us to look again.
Before contacting your bank: email us first. We can usually settle a billing problem in a day or two, which is faster than a chargeback and avoids your account being suspended while a dispute is open. That said, nothing here limits your right to dispute a charge you genuinely did not authorise.
5. Currency processing
We charge in US dollars. Whatever currency your account is held in, the amount that leaves it is the dollar figure shown at checkout, converted by your bank at its own rate.
5.1 What your bank may add
- A conversion rate spread. Your bank sets the exchange rate it applies, and it is rarely the mid-market rate
- A foreign transaction fee. Many cards add a percentage on charges processed outside your country
Because of this, the figure on your statement may differ slightly from $1.00 or $29.99 once converted. That difference belongs to your bank, not to us.
5.2 Why these are not refundable
That money never reaches us, so there is nothing for us to return. When we refund a subscription charge we return the full dollar amount we took — but your bank may convert it back at a different rate and will not usually reverse its own transaction fee, so you may end up marginally short in local terms through no action of ours.
Your card issuer can tell you what it charges on international transactions. A card without a foreign transaction fee avoids the second charge entirely.
